Do I need a GP referral?


What happens in the first session?

The psychologist will gather basic information about you, and ask you to sign a consent form (for yourself or on behalf of a minor). The psychologist will then engage in conversation and asking questions to gain a better understanding of your experience and situation.


Short answer yes. However when working with minors, some information will be shared with adults in their care - when appropriate.

Is everything confidential?


Can appointments be online?

Yes, appointments can be held via video calls when clients are unable to attend in person, however for a more personal touch, face-to-face appointments are preferred.


How long are the appointments?

What makes us different?

In addition to traditional psychological approaches such as CBT, we also like to look at different parts of your life - mentally and physically. E.g. Physical health, diet, sleep habits, relationships (family, romantic, friendships, work colleagues), etc.
